रिफंड नीति

1. Before work starts
You may cancel free of charge any time before paying a final quote — no payment, no obligation. If you cancel after payment but before translation work has begun, we refund 100%.
2. Cancellation during work
If you cancel while translation is in progress, we charge for the portion already completed and refund the remainder.
3. Missed deadlines
If we miss a confirmed deadline, any rush surcharge is automatically refunded. If the delay materially defeats the purpose of the order and we cannot remedy it, you are entitled to a full refund.
4. Quality claims
Report defects within 14 days of delivery. We first revise the translation free of charge. If substantiated defects persist after revision, we refund a proportionate part — up to the full order amount for unusable work.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.
