1. Your rights at a glance
Under the GDPR you can: access the data we hold about you (Art. 15), correct it (Art. 16), have it deleted (Art. 17), restrict processing (Art. 18), receive it in a portable format (Art. 20), and object to legitimate-interest processing (Art. 21).
2. Delete-my-data
To have your documents and personal data deleted, email [email protected] from the address used at ordering with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm deletion within 30 days; data we must keep by law (e.g. invoices) is retained only for the statutory period and then erased.
3. Security
Documents are transferred over TLS, stored with restricted access, and shared only with the people working on your order. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
