1. Who we are

These Terms of Service govern all orders placed with TranslationAtlas ("we", "us") through https://translationatlas.com. By requesting a quote or paying for an order you accept these terms.

2. Quotes and orders

The instant estimate shown on our website is informational and non-binding. A binding contract is formed only when you pay the final quote we confirm by email after reviewing your documents.

Final quotes state the price, the language pair, the service level and the delivery deadline. The price confirmed in the final quote never changes after payment.

3. Payment

Payment is made in advance through a secure Stripe payment link. We never see or store your card details. Invoices are issued for every paid order.

4. Delivery

Translations are delivered by email to the address used at ordering, by the deadline stated in the final quote. If we miss a confirmed deadline, any rush surcharge is refunded; if the delay is material, you may be entitled to a further refund under our Refund Policy.

5. Quality and revisions

Every translation is produced by a qualified human linguist and reviewed before delivery. If you believe the translation contains defects, notify us within 14 days of delivery; we will revise it free of charge. Preferential (stylistic) changes are handled in good faith but are not defects.

6. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are entitled to have the submitted documents translated and that they contain no unlawful content. Source documents must be legible; certified and sworn work may require higher-quality scans, which we will request if needed.

7. Subcontracting

We may engage carefully selected, contractually bound linguists and service partners to fulfill orders. We remain your single contractual counterparty and remain responsible for the quality and confidentiality of the delivered work.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of our place of establishment. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
